What this notice covers
Nimora Digital uses the information you provide to answer enquiries, review website briefs, deliver agreed services, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
Enquiry and builder submissions may include your name, business contact details, project requirements, website preferences, template and component choices, uploaded files, consent choices, and technical security records such as an abbreviated or hashed network identifier.
Why we use it
We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract where one exists, legitimate interests in responding and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent for optional marketing. Marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn at any time.
Storage, sharing and retention
Submissions and private uploads are stored using Netlify infrastructure. Information is only shared with service providers needed to run or deliver the service, under appropriate safeguards. Project enquiries should be reviewed and deleted when no longer required; the final retention schedule and processor register must be confirmed by the business owner before formal legal sign-off.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, and to data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first so we can help.
Controller details still to be confirmed
